We hope you love your F&J items as much as we do! But if you need to to make a return we totally get it. You can email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase, the item must be sent back to the shop within the 7 days, unless prior arrangments have been made with a manager through email. You the customer are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will issue your refund after we receive the returned item (unwashed, unworn, with the tags still attached) in the allotted amount of time.If the item is not shipped in the alloted time, no refund will be issued. If we receive the item and it is not in same condition as we shipped it, no refund will be issued. We will issue the refund the same day we receive the item back in store. Frankie and Jules is not responsible for lost or stolen packages! Sale items are all sales final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
