- If I choose" In Store Pickup", why am I still being charged shipping?! By choosing in store pickup, you are letting the F&J staff know that you will be by the shop to see our smiley faces and pick up your items! To actually remove shipping costs you have to enter promo code PICKUP at checkout!
- If I see something online, can I just purchase it in store?! No, in store inventory is different that online inventory! Items you see on our online shop MUST be purchased online, you are welcome to try the items on in store but they must be bought over frankieandjules.com. * Tip- Things do go fast and if you see something you really like, buy before you try, to insure you get the item! Our return policy is a refund back on to form of payment (no harm done if you buy -> try-> and have to return!!)
- How many days do I have to return an item? You have 7 days from the time you receive the item(s) to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and start the return process.
- Are clearance items always final sale?! Yes, items found in our sale tab are always final sale.
